All navy and marine personnel aboard ship maintain and keep ready at all times at their stations a tailored vacc suit - and while it can be donned in seconds its as snug as a wetsuit. Obviously bulky clothing is out of the question, and as Praesidium ships are designed to be maximally space efficient ( meaning they have about as much spare space to move in as the average U boat ) loose clothing is a detriment.
